Peak Human Performance is an athletic training facility that specializes in helping athletes of all ages stay injury free and compete at their highest potential. The SUMMER MINI Camp Football Series

Enroll in both Day 1 and/or Day 2 Skills Camps:

This includes both Saturday & Sunday skills camps and will preview the player evaluation testing which will be used for team selections.

Attending both days is a great option if you:

  • If you are a quarterback and want to learn about taking snaps, hand offs, sweeps, quick passes and pocket passing.
  • If you play multiple positions on offense (RB & WR) or defense (DB & LB)
  • If you want to increase your general football IQ for future development.

The focus of this camp will be to work with youth players to develop skills for their respective positions and will include a light preview of the player evaluation testing on both days which will be used for team selections on Monday July 23rd.

This 90 minute camp will take all participating athletes through:

  • Warm up
  • Team evaluation walk through
  • Individual position skills & drills
  • Small group skills & drills
  • Small team competition
  • Cool down and stretch

Team evaluation drills include the 40 yard dash, pro agility, footwork drills, hand eye coordination drills, QB drills, and much more.

Please bring cleats, water, sunblock, and a snack for afterwards.

  • Day 1: Saturday, July, 14th 1:30-3:00p - (QB's, RB's, & LB's)
  • Day 2: Sunday, July 15th 1:30-3:00pm - (QB's, WR's, & DB's)

Location: Dublin City Schools Auxiliary Fields
Cost: $30 for one day or $50 for both days

Come join our trusted team of coaches here at Peak Human Performance starting October 9th - December 17th for the 10-week Winter I Athlete Development Program.This program is designed for athletes competing in WINTER and SPRING sports.

YOUR TRAINING STARTS NOW!

Athletes in our Winter I Program will focus on increasing their athletic ability through strength specific and speed specific training programs. These sessions will progress over 10 weeks in small groups and are designed to appropriately challenge athletes of all ages through one of three programs:

ATHLETE PERFORMANCE I, II or III
*(Approximately elementary, middle & high school)

Whether you are looking to increase flexibility, improve strength or become the most explosive person in the gym (or on the field) this is the program to get you there!

Option 1: Unlimited $450
Unlimited all exclusive access to the approved athlete classes during the entire 10-weeks of the Program.

$50 Deposit - Due at registration Payment
1: $200 - Due by October 4th Payment
2: $200 - Due by November 1st Payment

Good student discount (3.5+ GPA) applies = 10% discount

Option 2: Package Options - see pricing below
These packages are not limited to the 10-week program duration. Each package duration is based off the total session amount and will expire 30 days after date of purchase.

1 session per week (4 pack) $109
2 sessions per week (8 pack) $189
