View the DFL bylaws (adobe acrobat file, 231K) Board meetings are conducted on a monthly basis throughout the year. Head and Assistant Coaches in the league participate in these meetings and sit on many committees. The committees are designed to focus on key areas of concern and address ways to improve our level of service to the DFL players, parents and community. The DFL Board of Directors and Coaches meetings are held on the second Saturday of every month, except there are no meetings in the months of August through November (click here for schedule of meetings). Meetings begin at 9:15 A.M. at the Heartland Bank, which is located on the southeast corner of Bridge Street and Frantz Road. Anyone interested in volunteering is welcome to attend the meetings.
