I / we as legal guardian do hereby release and discharge the Dublin Football League, Inc., it's Officers, Managers, Coaches and their Appointees, the League in which it plays, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, demands for and injuries to person and property sustained to the named child, and resulting from the participation, practice, play or travel to and from practice or games in the aforementioned incorporation.
